A chance encounter led her to spend a day working in the insurance world, and from that moment on, she was hooked. Under the mentorship of industry veterans, she gained the expertise and insight that now shape her approach to retirement strategies.

Starting in 2008, just before the financial crisis, Amanda saw firsthand how market downturns affected retirees. That experience fueled her mission to help clients create simple, secure strategies—ones that provide stability no matter what the market does. They live in the countryside of northwest Ohio with their two children, Adalyn and Elliott, along with a lively crew of animals, including a horse, a donkey, two dogs, and a turtle named Bruce Wayne. Whether she’s rafting down the New River, enjoying a summer campfire, or spending a quiet Sunday watching football with a bowl of homemade chili, Amanda embraces life’s moments, big and small.

After spending 4 ½ years caring for her father until his passing in 2023, she felt called to continue serving the older population, assisting them with both healthcare and financial needs.

Her passion for helping others is reflected in a career filled with leadership, innovation, and impact. As Regional Technical Manager at Cigna Health Care, Brenda covered six states, developed national training and quality review programs, and streamlined processes that improved efficiency and performance. Her dedication extended into advocacy, where she expanded and improved Guardian ad Litem/Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) programs, increasing volunteer retention and securing a $350,000 grant for community initiatives. She has also served on multiple nonprofit boards, led large-scale community events, and played a crucial role in local and national outreach efforts.

Beyond her work, Brenda has a deep appreciation for music, animals, and nature. A percussionist, she plays at church and live gigs and finds joy in gardening and caring for her two rescue German Shepherds and a Bengal cat. She dreams of visiting Costa Rica, where she hopes to experience the country's wildlife, beaches, and volcanoes firsthand.

Beyond her professional life, Brynn and her husband, Skylar, lead a busy and fulfilling life on their farm in Dunkirk, Ohio, where they raise cattle, goats, sheep, and chickens. Together, they enjoy camping, hiking, attending concerts, and cheering on their four daughters—Harlow, Reese, Sloan, and Foster—in their various activities. A dedicated soccer coach, Brynn stays actively involved in her children’s school and community.
